Do I feel anything / Does it hurt?

Patients report not feeling anything from the electrodes. The technology uses an extremely low level of current; 1/100^th of a AA battery over 1/100^th of a second.

Is it safe?

Micro Current Neurofeedback is an FDA registered EEG amplifier and is extremely safe. According to Dr. Frank Shallenberger, IASIS MCN is even safe for babies and pregnant women. There are multiple protocol settings and numerous different sensitivity levels that may be selected, depending on how fragile or hardy ones nervous system is (which is assessed by the IASIS Certified Provider prior to the session). Adjustments may be made during and after the session.

What makes IASIS MCN Neurofeedback different from traditional neurofeedback systems?
